MID-BACK Pain

The Thoracolumbar Junction.

Not another Junction!

Yes, another junction, and this one is where the inflexible thoracic and flexible lumbar spine meet.

This area isn’t as prone to dysfunction, and by dysfunction I mean, it hurts, as the low back, but common enough to warrant honorable mention.

The drivers of pain in this region are more commonly the facet joints, rather than discs, but anything is possible, like pain without a physical cause.
